Days 1 - 2: Rotorua
Flavour and traditions come together in a place where the land itself steams, bubbles and sets the scene. Enjoy a deeply immersive evening of Māori culture and cuisine, then unwind in restorative waters with views over Lake Rotorua.
Days 3 - 4: Hawke's Bay
Hawke’s Bay is made for lingering, where nutrient-rich soil and sun-filled days shape exceptional produce - start where locals do at the farmers’ market, then continue on to cellar doors and leisurely long lunches.
Days 5 - 7: Auckland
As New Zealand’s largest and most diverse destination, Auckland offers a world of experiences - from vibrant Māori culture and creative arts, to innovative dining framed by breathtaking harbour and coastal landscapes.
