I was a 100% Pure New Zealand Bronze Specialist, is my status recognised in the new programme? 

Yes, Bronze Specialists are transferred to Graduate Specialists in the new programme. You can still access the Foundation Courses to gain essential New Zealand knowledge, plus you have access to Advanced Courses to gain specialist knowledge.

 

I was a 100% Pure New Zealand Silver Specialist, is my status recognised in the new programme?

Yes, Silver Specialists are transferred to Graduate Specialists in the new programme. You can still access the Foundation Courses to gain essential New Zealand knowledge, plus you have access to Advanced Courses to gain specialist knowledge.

 

I was a 100% Pure New Zealand Gold Specialist, is my status recognised in the new programme?

Yes, Gold Specialists are transferred to Graduate Specialists in the new programme. Your New Zealand trip evidence has been transferred to your personal dashboard. To reach Advanced Specialist, simply complete four advanced courses.

 

How many tier levels are in the new 100% Pure New Zealand Specialist Programme?

The new online training programme has two compelling tier levels: Graduate Specialist and Advanced Specialist.

 

How do I become a Graduate Specialist?

Complete eight foundation courses to become a Graduate Specialist and gain essential knowledge to sell New Zealand. This status does not have an expiry date.

 

How do I become an Advanced Specialist?

After completing foundation courses, learners have access to advanced courses. Simply complete four advanced courses and submit proof of visiting New Zealand to become an Advanced Specialist. 

 

How do I retain Advanced Specialist status?

Advanced Specialists are required to complete any two advanced courses every two years to keep their Advanced Specialist status. Your expiry date is shown on your personal dashboard and we’ll send you an email reminder closer to your expiry date. 
 
Please note that your New Zealand trip evidence does not expire – you only need to visit Aotearoa New Zealand once to retain your Advanced Specialist status.

 

I’ve completed all the Foundation and Advanced Courses, will new courses be published?

Yes, new advanced courses will be added regularly. Sign up to our newsletter and Closed Facebook Groups to be the first to learn when new courses have been added to the programme.
